RETURNS

Any item marked "FINAL SALE", including items purchased ON SALE, are NON-REFUNDABLE.


We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund.  Please be mindful of make up, tanning products, and deodorant as we will not accept garments that have stains from trying on. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s). Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES

If you need a different size, please first return the item + place a new order.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING YOUR RETURN BACK TO US. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABELS.

To make a return please email shopshylahmay@gmail.com before shipping your return; include your order number and the reason for the exchange. 

SHIPPING: 

Shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout.

Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Shylah May is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout. 
Please note Shylah May is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carries in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.
Shylah May is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees your order may incur when receiving an international package.
